Advertising Donations
The world’s longest-running transgender event offers businesses and organizations the opportunity to support our mission while reaching our attendees through print and online advertising.
Advertising space is available on our official website and in our full-color glossy Participant’s Guide. This publication is distributed to each attendee, advertiser and Provincetown merchants. Space on our publications and website gets your ads before TransWeek participants and many more transgender people and supporters who make it to Provincetown for the occasional week or weekend as a printed guide or as a downloadable PDF document from our website. Guides from previous years remain on our website with ads still included. Your ad continues to work for you!
Your electronic ad will appear on our website’s main page in rotation and on the right column of most of the site’s pages. Please take a look to see our current ads.

Several donation levels are available:
- All ads are full color
- Print ads should be submitted as high-resolution, press-optimized PDF with 0.5” bleeds
- Please send all digital artwork to advertising@fantasiafair.org

Based on the donation amount you choose we happily will include a complimentary advertisement based on the suggested donation listed below. Additional donations beyond those listed below are greatly appreciated.

Businesses, organizations, and individuals who contribute more than $750 per year to TransWeek are considered sponsors and receive recognition in our Participant’s Guides and on our web pages. We combine money givens to us in ads and donations, items for our annual silent auction, and contributions in kind toward this sum.
