Every October, people flock from across Cape Cod to see the Follies on Friday night of TransWeek. It’s our most popular annual event. Professionally produced with expert lighting and sound, the Follies serves as the emotional and creative finale of the world's longest-running transgender conference. It transitions the week's focus from education and workshops into an evening of pure, unadulterated celebration. Participants of TransWeek take to the stage to share their diverse talents, building confidence and community in a safe, affirming environment. The Follies is your space to celebrate self-expression, cheer on your peers, and experience the unfiltered joy, talent, and resilience of TransWeek. Whether you are stepping into the spotlight or cheering from the audience, the Follies are all about love, support, and authentic living.

Besides being a fun evening, the Follies is also a charitable fundraising event. Tips given to the performers are donated to charity. In past years, we have contributed to the town’s library, the Provincetown Police Department, an AIDS support group, a local hospice facility, Soup Kitchen in Provincetown, the Provincetown LGBT Welcome Center. the UU Church, and senior services group. We purchased a life-saving defibrillator for the Fire Department. Since the Follies began, the show has helped us raise more than $75,000 for deserving organizations. Your donations have never been more needed and appreciated!
